MTU Commissioning Services

  • We are trained and authorized by Rolls Royce Solutions for commissioning of MTU gas generators for the Asean region. Our team has experienced in commissioning over 50 biogas generators.
  • Having this service available locally, the generator can be commissioned according to the client’s schedule and no long lead time required.

Maintenance Services for MTU

We are an authorized service dealer for MTU gas generators in Thailand.

We provide maintenance services, both preventive and corrective, and genuine parts for MTU engines.

We have 24/7 for an emergency services.

We have a large service team with several years of experience that can provide regular maintenance services up to engine overhauls.

We have extensive parts for consumable and emergency situation.

We are backup with parts in Roll Royce Solution Asia in Singapore.

Electrical System / SCADA Services

  • Our in-house electrical team can design and build electrical systems, both LV and MV, customized to client’s requirements. We also provide electrical design certifications according to local authorities. All electrical cabinet fabrications and wirings are done in our workshop so that quality is assured.
  • Our automation / SCADA team can design the process control requirements in the CHP unit. Our in-house software engineers can program the SCADA communication networks.
  • Essentially, we can provide the total electrical / control system requirements of a CHP unit.

Workshop Facilities

  • Our engine workshop is fully tooled for overhaul works. Cylinder head overhauls can have a quick turnaround at our workshop. Our workshop processes are optimized to ensure our client’s generator has the least downtime.
  • Our staging workshop is used for electrical cabinets fabrication and wirings. It is also for our staging our containerized solutions.
